Services (both in-person and online options are available)

I provide a wide range of formal assessment services, and possess the Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE) in the province of Saskatchewan, providing authorization  to assess and communicate formal diagnoses of mental disorders as per Section 23 (1) of The Psychologist Act, 1997.

Assessment services include:

• Psychodiagnostic and personality assessment
• Psychovocational
• Cognitive/ADHD
• Forensic (recidivism risk)

I utilize the most proven, effective, and up-to-date therapy approaches to help my clients recover their lives as quickly as possible, including:

• Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) for mood and anxiety disorders
• Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma and PTSD
• Exposure and Ritual Prevention (ERP) for OCD
• Exposure therapy for panic disorder and phobias
• Stimulus control for sleep issues

I offer formal consultation and supervision services across all levels of clinical psychology training, including graduate students, predoctoral residency applicants, and provisionally registered psychologists.
