I utilize only the most evidence-based and effective trauma-focused treatments available today, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE), to help you confront traumatic experiences and painful memories, and to process unhelpful feelings of guilt, shame, fear, and disgust that are keeping you stuck.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
Using the most proven and effective therapy for OCD, Exposure and Response (Ritual) Prevention (ERP), I can help you take back your life from intrusive, unwanted, and distressing thoughts and images, and eliminate time-consuming and unhelpful compulsive behaviours and rituals.
